SVENS par sevi stāsta: “I have been a group fitness trainer since 2007, started as a Les Mills BodyBalance instructor. Bodybalance has stayed with me but  there have been lucky enough to give many different types of classes since then, mainly my own freestyle classes – dance mix, step, functional interval strength trainings and also many concept classes (including the new YOGAfunC class developed in Estonia by Jocke Salokorpi). My heart and soul belongs to dance and step classes but I have always valued a good body & mind balance therefore I like to give so many different classes that each develop us from other angle. Therefore I enourage my people in the clubs to try new things and to find a balance in their training.I teach in three clubs in Tallinn – at Sparta, Meriton and Fittest.
